amazing sea turtle

Did you know that turtles have been living since the dinosaurs? and there still living today!but they won't be if we keep littering there are 7 different kinds of sea turtles but there will be 0 if we keep littering.Plastic take over 500 years to rot but it still woulded of rot,even if you had bert it plastic is bad for the earth and animals because some animals like,turtles like to eat jellyfish and if they seen a plastic bag there more likely to eat the plastic bag also they could get stuck in it.further - If we keep throwing our rubbish into the sea we will not have any more turtles in our sea and insed of turtles we will have plastic that why we should not litter and throw plastic out our window. instead of using single use plastic we can use reusable bags, green waste plastic,paper, bamboo straws, and many more reusable things if you don't make a difference out Turtles will be extinct strike

On Thursday we went to Coopers Beach for EOTC. First we had to gather at school and then started walking to the beach. It took us about 35 minutes to get there. After arriving at the beach, we had our morning tea. We then got into 4 groups (about 11 children in a group) and went to various activities. The different activities were, photography, beach cricket, kayaking, paddle boarding and a nature walk up Rangikaptiki. After two rotations we had lunch, then had the other two. After a long day in the sun, we had to walk back to school.                              reflection: I enjoy doing everything because  they were all fun activities the thing I didn't like  was walking to the beach because of hot sun but one,s we where there we had a drink of water and cool down.
